Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the staff was cooperative and friendly, and the location was convenient. However, the breakfast options were limited, and the service could be more attentive at times.
The hotel offers clean and well-lit rooms, though small, with a slight issue of leakage and odor. The service is courteous, but staff can be indifferent at times. The location, conveniently situated near the bus stand and shopping areas, is a major advantage. The dining experience is satisfactory, especially for those who enjoy South Indian dishes. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while in need of refurbishing and slightly noisy, were clean and adequately lit. The service was welcoming and the hotel overall was well-maintained. The location, though easily accessible and close to markets, had some drawbacks. The dining experience varied from basic to heavy, but the facilities were decent.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although spacious and well-lit, were disappointing with old, junk furniture, stained sheets, and a moldy fridge. The bathroom was not up to standard with only one threadbare towel provided. However, the location was great in the beautiful city of Chandigarh, easily accessible from anywhere, near the city center and Shashtri market for shopping. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good selection of continental foods, especially if you like South Indian breakfast. The service was courteous, though the bathrooms could be improved. Next day breakfast included a good variety of dishes.
I found the hotel to be in a great location in Sector 22 Chandigarh, which is wonderful for exploring the city. While the rooms were big enough and suiting my taste buds, the overall experience was marred by disgusting junk furniture, stained sheets, a green moldy fridge, and a threadbare grey towel in a rancid bathroom. The government-run hotel had lazy staff who seemed not bothered, leaky and smelly rooms that were falling apart.
